KN Module training

The KN module training is a variety of our 21 days KN training in the Amazon jungle. It is designed for students who want to learn to work with the Kambo medicine in a more flexible way. Mainly because the training is split in two parts. The first module of the training is an apprenticeship that happens on different locations around the globe where a frequent flow of Kambo ceremonies are present. The second module on the other hand is not only available for those that completed the MODULE 1, but it is also open for non KN practitioners who desire to connect deeper with the frog, as they may missed that part in their training.

MODULE 1

The MODULE 1 Training is set up so that you can learn to use this medicine not only for yourself but as well how to facilitate to others. You will learn the theoretical and the practical art of safe use, applications techniques and as well the shamanic and holistic approach that is strongly rooted in the Kambo Naturista way.

This module training will cover everything that is taught in our KN Amazon rainforest training apart of the frog scouting, medicine extraction, fresh medicine application, meeting with Matses and dieta. Those elements of the training can be later completed in the MODULE 2 training. Additionally, this training will give the students the opportunity to assist the trainer in his work with the applications to his clients, in this way the students will get the opportunity to learn authentically and directly from a real case. For that reason, the MODULE 1 training will be held only in a very small group (max. 4 people).

After the successful completion of the MODULE 1 training the students will be approved by us as a qualified practitioner and will be listed on our website for a duration of one year, if the practitioner desires to become a permeant member of the KN community the practitioner would be asked to apply for the MODULE 2 training during this year.

 Day 1

We will start with the 1st Kambo ceremony guided by Deyan, including basic theory and a step by strep explanation of the process.

The following days will also be used for the treatments to people outside the training in which the students can learn directly on real cases and get gradually involved in assistance of those sessions.

If the student feels completely secure in the applications to others and the teacher approves that that the student knows to work with Kambo in a safe manner the training will be seen as successfully completed. Nevertheless, the student is welcome to extend the training, if desired, to deepen the knowledge. He/she will also have the opportunity to apply the medicine to people outside the training group with the supervision of the trainer.

MODULE 2

The MODULE 2 training will happen in the Peruvian jungle. In this retreat you will meet members of the Matses tribe and you will learn the origins of the medicine, you will learn how to find and “milk” the frogs and as well how to connect to the frog spirit using a shamanic way from the jungle called dieta.

This retreat is available for all the KN practitioners that successfully completed the MODULE 1 training but as well for non KN practitioners that were trained outside the Amazon rainforest and desire to deepen their knowledge and connection with the frogs.

Once the MODULE 1 & 2 are completed the KN practitioners will be listed on our website as qualified practitioners, this equals a certification that is valid as long as the practitioners follows the safety measurements that are taught in the training and apply them in their work.

The practitioners will also be asked to be a stable presence, any impropriate or unethical behavior will result in the consequence of removing the practitioner from the KN community!

For this reason we only can recommend those practitioners that are listed on our website .

All Kambo Naturista practitioners will have the opportunity after the completed training to connect with us for any open questions or discuss those with other KN practitioners in a private online group.

Day 1

We will depart around midday to the Bella Vista port in Iquitos from where we will take a boat ride for approximately 50 min., followed by short drive on a moto-taxi that will bring us close to the entrance of our Center from where we only have to take a short walk.

Once we arrive at the center we will accommodate you in your bungalow and provide a brief tour of the Center.

We will have a longer break and then after dinner we will go with the Matses men to look for the frogs.

Day 2

We will spend the morning milking the frogs and extracting their precious medicine. Following there will be the 2nd Kambo application that will be performed by Robinson.  You will have the possibility to experience the power of the fresh medicine directly from the frog and see how a Matses treatment is performed.

Later in the afternoon, we will have the opportunity to listen to the Matses stories and they will answer all your questions about their tribe and their use of the Kambo.

Day 3-10

Dieta

Throughout the dieta you will have 4 Kambo ceremonies that are obligatory, but we also give the opportunity to have up to 3 more extra Kambo sessions during the dieta if anyone feels called to do this.

The obligatory sessions are on the 1st 3rd 5th and 7th day of dieta and the optional sessions are on the days in between.

We will meet in the morning, and one by one, each student will give Kambo to themselves, with our guidance.

You will have the possibility to clarify with us any questions connected to the Kambo medicine but we are asking all the students to remain mostly in silence and only focus on the Kambo work during the dieta in order to get the most out of the dieta process.

On the 8th day of the dieta there will be no Kambo sessions and all the dieteros will have the opportunity to experience the traditional dieta.  This means, the dieteros will be asked to stay in their huts during the whole day.  The food will be brought to everyone in their huts and there will be a visit from the teachers where the dieteros can express their process if needed.  Otherwise the dieteros will remain in silence until the next day.

The process is a great opportunity to connect deeper with the frog spirit.

Day 11

In the morning we will end the dieta and the students will enter the post-dieta.

Integration work of the dieta teachings, dreams sharing and interpretation of the visions.

We'll depart the center back to Iquitos in the afternoon.
